The Telephone Communications Act (TCPA) is implementing requirements for the recipient to opt-in to all text messages. Starting January 31, 2024, only recipients who have opted in will receive text messages through Working Systems Communications bulk texting service. The Union Hall utilizes bulk texting to inform and effectively reach the membership.
