The Benefit Office would like to apologize to the membership eligible for Holiday checks. . The printing company in St. Louis that we use to print and mail the Holiday checks had a software issue and the checks did not get mailed until Saturday June 12th. We will be bringing this process back in-house to prevent future issues.
